I would have to put myself out and away from my friends and family but it would be a dream come true. Im gonna do it if its at all possible. VWs all day in Florida 2 miles from the beach. No, Im quite sure it wouldnt be better than that.

Dude, you should see it in person first, just to make sure its not a carboard cut out. Or like, a micro-machines garage. I could see that happening

DUDE: Make sure the insurance isn't sky high. It's in a bad place considering the hurricane situation. I can't imagine getting good coverage in that area without spending a bunch of cash. It's a nice dream without the research, maybe a great reality if it works out.

See above for good advice (insurance and taxes). Is it in J-Ville? If so hurricanes are not too bad up there. I say follow your dream if it is feasible.

Well right now the guy has no insurance since the building is rented.
Its in Sarasota. Im not going to worry about insurance until next
hurricane season anyway, by then I should be independantly wealthy.
