I saw it twice!

Well, after waiting so long to see Over the Hedge I was not let down. Dreamworks did it again. I ended up seeing it by myself on Friday since Zoes dad wouldnt let her out of the house after work. Then I saw it again with Lauren on Saturday since she was home from Canada. I loved it! It was funny and had some parts that got me choked up a little. I think I might see it again before it comes out on video if Zoe will be able to ever go see it. Heres some pictures from the movie that I stole from Yahoo!

Its worth the 10 bucks, Ive already spent 20 on it plus about 50 in merch, haha. Imax, awesome! I saw it once in regular and once in digital. I couldnt really tell the difference except for the lack of the black dots that tells when to change the film in the digital one. The animation is great, it should look extra cool in Imax. Another thing that I liked about this movie was the total lack of pop-culture references for jokes. That really annoyed me about the last Shrek movie. All the jokes in this one have to do with the plot and characters. Lack of pop-culture references makes a movie timeless. Its one of the things that really annoy me about Family Guy now, I used to like that show but it got old fast.

im gonna have to check that one out somtime.  I just saw an advanced screening of Nacho Libre, the new Jack Black movie.  it's actually pretty stinken funny....   I dont know if you ever saw School of Rock (it looks so stupid in the previews) but that movie is hilarious and is prolly one of my favorites too...........

Cute pics!  Love the expressions on the humans' faces when he's on the table dancing in the...pie?  I've never watched Family Guy.  No cable so I pretty much just do Netflix and the occasional movie.

The skunks a she, "Stella", she jumps out of the cake and scares eveyone away. Family Guy is funny if you only see a few of them, if you watch it a lot its the same jokes over and over.
