Holy Pain!

I think its about time for Tim to get his wisdom teeth out. That is if I dont die of tylenol poisoning first. I wish I hadnt been in denial all weekend, actually since last wednesday or so, maybe I could have gotton something cool like vicodin from the doctor. This sucks.

Drink a PBR and you will be fine.

It hasnt been bothering me much today even without tylenol. That definatly does not rule out some PBRs though. .75, that rules!!

Dude... that sucks. :( I wasn't born with any wisdom teeth, so I've never had to go through that ordeal, but back when my dad was still a general dentist, my brother had his taken out. My dad said those were the most difficult wisdom teeth he'd ever taken out before. But let's just go through the checklist: 1. Did you put ice on your cheeks? Ice keeps the swelling and inflamation down. 2. Did you take your tylenol right away? Or did you wait until it started hurting? (Big rooky mistake.) 3. Most of the time doctors give you another prescription drug to help the pain. If you didn't get one, that's rather unusual.

I didnt think of the ice. I did take the tylenol kinda late but it didnt really hurt too bad except friday afternoon and sunday. Friday night I ended up drinking a lot so no pain was felt. Saturday wasnt too bad. Sunday if I took a lot of tylenol it worked pretty good. I kept deabating whether to call the doctor, some percocet would have been cool :) Today my tooth didnt hurt to bad at all without anything but I can still feel the pressure and slight discomfort. I hope it just goes away, Im not one to go to the doctor unless I REALLY need it. Your so lucky you dont have any, I didnt think I did either until now :(

I have that same pain about 4 times per year, I guess I could pay the $1600 for some butcher to hack my mouth up, but I don't! Naproxin Sodium-It's the main ingredient in Alleve-No need to get Alleve though they sell just Naproxin. Relieves the pressure and keeps swelling down!

Dude, you're mentioning these drugs that are WAY too strong for simple tooth pain. You'd most likely have gotten Lortab, or Clindamycin. But yeah, did you have a shitty doctor? Or did he tell you all the things you should do after you get your tooth pulled? And the fact that he didn't prescribe anything for the pain is just rediculous.

If you weren't born with wisdom teeth than you cannot even imagine the incredible pain that comes from them. Vicodin is about the only thing that decreases the pain! Percocet is not an appropriate prescription, that is a muscle relaxer-not for teeth pain!
